We are aware that for our private clients, renovating, extending or building a new home may well be the first contact with the architectural design and construction process. As part of our professional service we will guide you through the staged processes, timing and costs involved in a clear, pragmatic and transparent manner.
We provide a service that extends well beyond ‘just drawings’; with deisgn solutions and management of your project providing real value for money, creativity and piece of mind, whilst working to ensure your project is kept on time and budget.
Initial Consultation
A project typically starts with an initial meeting with you at your home, where we will discuss your ambitions for your project and how we can assist in making them a reality. At this consultation, we would be able to establish potential design alternatives, project budget, processes and timings involved, together with an outline of suggested services to take your development to completion.
If a client wishes to proceed, we will confirm the project particulars by letter and these details will form the basis of a Standard RIBA Agreement, setting out the services agreed to be provided, conditions and fees.
